Holiday in Derbyshire, visiting the girls.

We went to derbyshire camping with Nigel, Jayne and Adam. Slightly more successful with Thomas' sleeping arrangement, than our previous camping experience. Although did have trouble finding Thomas on first night...could hear his muffled moaning and found him down at the bottom of the sleeping bag! Nice weather during the day, the evenings were just a bit chilly. Jayne found attractive ways to keep warm, photos were taken but we have been threatened with death if we post them!!
Went to a great park called 'Conkers' on the Saturday where the children found the play areas the most fun. Sunday we packed up tents and headed up to Crich point where Jayne and I sat sheltered in the sun while men and children braved the elements to fly the kite.

A few weekends later Ella and I went to Huddersfield to see my nursing friends. Lots of wine and gossip for adults while the children entertained themselves very well! Saturday we went to a fantastic place 'The Forbidden Corner'. Reminded us of Alice in Wonderland, lots of tunnels, caverns, and strange statues. Thomas and John survived each other in our absence!
